Smile

“Smiling is definitely one of the best beauty remedies. If you have a good sense of humor and a good approach to life, that’s beautiful.”

Tooth brushing

Tooth brushing is the act of scrubbing teeth with a toothbrush, usually equipped with toothpaste. Interdental cleaning can be useful with tooth brushing, and together these two activities are the primary means of cleaning teeth, one of the main aspects of oral hygiene.

Save a knocked out tooth

If you knock out a tooth, you should:
– find the tooth.
– hold it by the crown (the white bit that sticks out of the gum)
– lick the tooth clean if it’s dirty, or rinse it in water.
– put it back into position (adult teeth only); never try to re-insert a baby tooth (see below)
– bite on a handkerchief to hold the tooth in place.

Lemonade

For the ones that like frozen lemonade or just lemonade like me, here some advice l: Bacteria, acid and sugar all can cause cavities. All these are present in lemons, and therefore drinking lemonade can increase your risk of cavities. It is better to consume water infused with slices of lemon if your teeth are sensitive. This is something you should discuss with your dentist.

Seborrheic keratosis

Hello my lovelies any plans for the weekend? I have some lectures to attend. I wonder if my face scare healed. I had a seborrheic keratosis, what is it? Is a common, harmless growth on your skin. Doctors call it “benign,” which means it doesn’t cause cancer. It can appear later in life, after about age 40. It’s most likely to happen on your face, scalp, chest, shoulders, abdomen, or back. It can show up anywhere except the palms and soles.

Often, your doctor can tell what a seborrheic keratosis is just by looking at it. If you’re worried that it could be cancer, or your doctor isn’t sure, they’ll remove the growth and study it more closely.

Pediatric dental crowns

Pediatric dental crowns have been traditionally made with stainless steel, composite resin, or a combination of the two, though advances in dentistry and the demand for a strong, aesthetically pleasing, and metal-free restoration have resulted in a white zirconia crown option.
