Dental Prosthesis

A dental prosthesis is an intraoral prosthesis used to restore intraoral defects such as missing teeth, missing parts of teeth, and missing soft or hard structures of the jaw and palate. Prosthodontics in dentistry has many types like:

1. fix prosthesis:

a) single crowns or multiple crowns,
b) veneers,
c) bridges,
d) fix dentures or over dentures.

2. removable prosthesis:

a) full denture,
b) parcial denture.
